Bicester Hindu Society is proud to have countless volunteers who support the organisation and its activities. Since our inception, we have successfully carried out numerous initiatives, which would not have been possible without the dedication of these volunteers. Several individuals lead the organisation and manage day-to-day administrative and other tasks. The key individuals are:
Pradeep is a Chartered and Fellow Civil Engineer with over 20 years of experience. He has extensive expertise in transportation infrastructure projects and has held prominent project leadership roles. Born and raised in India, and having spent most of his professional life in the UK, Pradeep feels a strong connection to communities in both India and the UK. Reflecting on his involvement as one of the key volunteers with the Bicester Hindu Society, he shares, ‘’The Bicester Hindu Society gives me a profound sense of community service and motivates me to make a meaningful difference. It inspires me to give back to the society. For me, the non-profit nature of the organisation is a key motivating factor, as every penny earned is reinvested into the community and its initiatives’’
Mitali is an MBA graduate with a strong background in finance and marketing. Over the course of her career, she has developed a deep understanding of controlling the finances of multinational organisations. Mitali actively supports several organisations focused on helping those in need, and she is deeply committed to community service. Reflecting on her role as one of the key volunteers within the Bicester Hindu Society, Mitali shares, ‘I am passionate about contributing to the community and its welfare. When the idea of establishing the Bicester Hindu Society emerged, with its ambitious goal of bringing communities together and celebrating diversity, I was truly inspired by it. I feel fortunate to be part of an organisation that, with its support, enables me to make a meaningful contribution to the communities in Oxfordshire.’
Krishna Panchal is a Mechanical Design Engineer with a Master’s degree in Advanced Mechanical Engineering Design from the University of Salford. His extensive experience includes designing machines and components. Beyond his technical expertise, Krishna excels in people management and leadership, driven by a passion for problem-solving and connecting with others.
Regarding his involvement in the Bicester Hindu Society, he says, ‘The Bicester Hindu Society provides me with a platform to contribute to organising and celebrating cultural events and connect with the community. All of this makes me feel at home, away from home.
